In 2008, a visionary group of   young Ma’di philosophers, having migrated from South Sudan and Uganda, established the Amani Youth Organization in Dallas, Texas. Fueled by their commitment to Ma’di ideals and a profound desire to serve, this organization has become a beacon for fostering unity, providing leadership training, and championing the Ma’di community in the United States.
